The power of Ancient Crystals is different from that of Ide, but they go well together.

An Ancient Crystal is a solid concentrate of extreme coldness, and Ide exists stabilized inside it. It's more stable than Idgel, which was created from Ide to use in a stable state. Even I, despite my sensitivity to the flow of energy, can't feel it most of the time.
