I heard that due to the power struggles between different Balaur factions, fortresses in other lands have already changed hands.

The fortresses here in Inggison started showing those signs too, and before we knew it, the Guardian Generals and Balaur defending the fortresses were all gone.

It's great news for us that the Balaur have retreated from Inggison, but as they could return anytime, we’ve closed off the fortresses until we know what we're dealing with.
