She specifically asked for you, so I guess she's been keeping an eye on you.

In any case, it's nothing to fret about, I'm sure. Use the teleport statue to the left of the Exalted Path. It will take you to the Cloister of Kaisinel.

You must be the one sent by Fasimedes. I've heard a lot about you. Always at the frontline whenever Elysea experienced a threat, were you not?

Could you go to Inggison right away? There is a problem with the Obelisk installed there, and I'm told the situation is critical.

I need to dispatch reinforcements, including a group of scholars to repair the Obelisk, and I want you to lead them.

Danger lurks in every corner of Inggison. Ever since Tiamat's death, the situation in Balaurea feels like the calm before the storm.

Empyrean Lord Kaisinel has left for Balaurea and does not intend to return for the time being.

So, as you can see, the situation is quite volatile.

Do you know how to get to Inggison? The troops and scholars headed there are already aboard the battleship.

At the Sanctum Port, there is a battleship heading out beyond the Aetheric Field. Look for crewmember Sibylle--she will tell you what to do.

Yes, I suppose you wouldn't know yet. You might have realized already that Eremitia did not send you here to merely guide the Daevas.

Balaurea is a veritable battlefield. Under the guidance of Empyrean Lord Kaisinel, we've been able to drive the Balaur in Inggison to Angrief, but there we've hit a wall.

Since the death of Tiamat, the Balaur have been putting up a fierce resistance.

We need someone to help turn the tide.

I trust Eremitia's insight, and I'll trust you as well. If even Veille has recognized your abilities, there is no doubt you're the one for this task.

Let me brief you on the situation in Inggison.

Inggison Fortress was the first bastion we established in Balaurea. We're currently at a stand-off due to the Balaur's stiff resistance, but we'll drive them away before long and advance into Gelkmaros, where the Asmodians are entrenched.

But to do that, we must improve Inggison's Aether-scarce environment.

Let's see how you do with a task then! You should first know what the Wisplight Legion does. I will only explain once. Listen carefully.

your character, do you know how the Inggison Illusion Fortress was built?

It usually takes several months or even years to build a fortress of that size. But our legion built the Inggison Illusion Fortress in a day.

This is the glory Empyrean Lord Kaisinel bestowed on us. It is also why we are here. We have 3 major roles. First, we maintain the illusion of the fortress. Second, we disturb our enemies with the magic of chaos and fear. Third, we spread Aether.

Speaking of Aether, I have a task for you relating to Obelisks.

Let me remind you that Inggison has very little Aether and Daevas are unable to use most of their skills here. So we've driven fragments of the Aion Tower to the center of the Illusion Fortress to generate Aether, and we use the Obelisks to spread Aether throughout Inggison.

We have one Obelisk that requires repair, and one that needs to be raised. I want you to take care of both. They're near the fortress, so it shouldn't pose too much of a problem for you.

Replace the Aether Wave Stone of the broken Obelisk with the new one you brought. For the new Obelisk, the supports are already installed, you just need to place the Obelisk on top of them.

The broken Obelisk is in the southern part of the forest, so go there and look for the Overheated Obelisk. After you repair that, install the new Obelisk at the Southern Obelisk Support in Phanoe Valley.

The basic work is done, but we haven't been able to finish because the Balaur from the nearby Drana farm started showing up in the area. I just need you to fix this in place on top of the supports.

After you've installed the Obelisk, get rid of the Hikiron Farm Balaur and Armored Spaller.

(A device with an unstable blinker.)

Obelisks play an important role in Balaurea, but there are many other important tasks that need to be dealt with.

Balaur are just about everywhere in Inggison, and you'll find them to be quite different from the ones you've encountered within the Aetheric Field. The same goes for our powers. They are not what we're used to. Keep that in mind.

10. Eradicate the Balaur remnants in the Hikiron Farm.

Order: Sanctum Governor Fasimedes is looking for you. Meet him at Protectors Hall in Sanctum.

Sanctum Governor Fasimedes told you to see High Priest Eremitia, who said there was a problem with the Obelisks installed in Inggison. She asked you to lead the reinforcements there.

You went to the Outer Port of Sanctum, where you met Battleship Crewmember Sibylle and boarded a ship headed for Inggison. When you arrived, you reported to Outremus, who commended you for arriving in a timely manner. He said the Aether-affected area in Inggison needed to be maintained.

Brigade General Versetti then gave you a mission, which involved repairing a broken Obelisk, installing a new one on the Obelisk supports, and eradicating the Balaur that threaten the area. When you returned to Versetti after completing the mission as instructed, he praised you for your efforts. He also advised you to be careful at all times, as being in Inggison is very different from life inside the Aetheric Field.
