Our Daevas went from strength to strength in Balaurea, using Inggison as their base. But, in the end, all their achievements amounted to nothing.

The Headquarters concluded that the Grand Invasion, and the destruction of the three continents, were all engineered to raise this one. They formed a new organization just to figure out the Dragon Lord's motives...
