Offer
I see so many Daevas with bad Windstream habits.
They fly in, they fly out, they get lost....
I want to give them all a good lesson.
Ask Quest Accept
I've got the perfect Windstream for you. It's the first one I rode when I got to Inggison.
Did you know you can get to Taloc's Hill from here, all in flight?
Quest Accept 1
Do you see that Windstream up above the fortress? Look over by Jienia.
Just let that current carry you, till you jump onto the next Windstream to Phanoe Valley.
Go through one more, and you'll be on Taloc's Hill, where you can chat with Harami.
Quest Refuse 1
You'll get used to the Windstreams soon, if you're good.
And hopefully I won't have to revoke your permission to fly.
Dialog
Keep on winging! That's what I like to say.
It's not the wings that kill you, it's what happens when they take a break.
Do you need to go back to Inggison Illusion Fortress?
Progress
I thought you'd gotten lost, but here you are. Back again.
Did you see any Hushblade Legionaries while you were out there? They fail the Windstream tests over and over!
Reward
Well done!
Have you thought about becoming a researcher? We could use an experimental flier.
