Since the Inggison Outpost is on the frontline of battle against the Balaur, it's not just injuries we have to dael with. We're all under a great deal of stress, and an increasing number of Guardians are complaining of back and neck pain.

I heard that eating a boiled white root helps with muscle pain, so I'm asking every Daeva who might be traveling in that direction if they might be so kind as to help... what do you say?

The poor Guardians are forced to stand on guard for such prolonged periods of time... when you stand rigid like that for a whole day, especially in wearing heavy armor, it really takes a toll on your back and shoulders.

Some people don't like the Dragrint's White Roots because of the foul smell, but they are very effective for reducing pain. I wonder if has anything to do with the fact that they thrive in such a barren environment... Maybe they can't feel anything, either.
