But not just anyone can use it. Even I, with many years of experience, am not up to the task.

You must travel to Sanctum, and speak to my old friend Anusis. As skilled as I am in making weapons, his knowledge far exceeds mine.

He does amazing work, but does not work for free. In addition to Laestrygos' Aethercannon and the Aegis Fragment, you should bring at least 8,000,000 Kinah.

I envy you, your character. You'll be the first to see a weapon few Daevas will ever encounter. Arieluma!

You will find Anusis in the Artisans Hall of Sanctum.

The secret here is not to manipulate the Aegis Fragment, but to understand the soul of the weapon. Once you do that, the fragment does most of the work.
