Obtain a barrel of wine from the Black Fin tribe for Ebrius.

Ebrius said he wants to taste a new wine, and asked you to bring him a barrel from the Black Fin tribe.

Ebrius savored the taste of the wine and gave you a reward. Then he most likely got drunk.
