After the Grand Invasion, Empyrean Lord Kaisinel saved as many people as he could. He used most of his power doing so, and his whereabouts are uncertain. The Council sent a few of us to search for any trace of him--which we found here, small though it is.

I'm following another lead, but I just got my hands on this Moon-welcome Flute. We believe it can summon a messenger of the Empyrean Lord. Take it to the Dragon Lord's Gardens and play it there. You might have to try a few times.

I knew the Empyrean Lord came to this land after Beritra's Invasion. Perhaps he over-exerted himself more than we thought, and is gathering strength until he can return.
