Everyone knows how dangerous deserts can be, but the Wailing Dunes really takes it to a new level. Aside from the scorching heat and lack of water, there are creatures everywhere that will as soon eat you as look at you. Even what little plantlife there is is carniverous!

We've lost more Expedition members to simple wildlife than we have to the war. Can you help us, your character? I've told my soldiers to be wary, but the desert plays tricks on their minds.

Hunt down Desert Thorn Aranids and Cactus Laupedes, thin their numbers a bit. I think it'll go a long way towards helping us.
