Heiron is now crawling with the Balaur and the Undead, but it once was a beautiful and prosperous land.

You wouldn't know it today.

It's been so long that only older Daevas remember its former grandeur.

Medeus Manor and Orton Farm used to sit on a vast expanse of farmland that fed half of the people of Atreia.

Then the denizens were massacred by the Kishar Krall during the Krall War. It was over before reinforcements could arrive. Since then, land has remained barren.

Then the Undead appeared. The villagers believe those murdered in the Krall War have risen again.

We don't know for certain who the Undead once were but we know they're causing a lot of problems.

The villagers have no one to deal with them because of the Balaur. Also, we're here to defend the Observatory. We can't leave our posts.

We need help, Daeva. Will you deal with the Undead?

Start at Orton Farm and destroy the Sluggish Zombies there.

The fortress will eventually restore Orton Farm and Medeus Manor. The undead are hindering that effort.

Destroying them would be a big help.

Well, there's no one at Orton Farm.

And the villagers know to stay away.

So I guess it can't hurt to ignore the problem for now.

I hate standing sentry.

You can't let your guard down. But it's hard to stay focused when nothing much ever happens. I prefer fighting enemies.

Nonetheless, he asked you to destroy the Zombies to protect the living residents.
