You also need special materials like Fiori, Repus' Foot, Stea's Powder, and Ornis' Feather in addition to the materials sold at shops.

Those special materials can be obtained from Lucky Bundles. Yudicia in Sanctum sells them.

When you brought the pattern you made to Epaion, he told you to go to Reshanta and return with a buildup of Abyssal Essence to stabilize the luck, which made perfect sense, really.

When you returned, he imbued the Daevanion leggings with Kaisinel's Improved Pattern of Ease and sent you to Rike for the ritual, which was completed without incident.
