I know there's a job to do here, but all the real action is at New Heiron Gate. The Balaur came through the Abyss Gate there, they attack constantly--and I got sent here.

What else can I do but my duty? Spirits and the undead do present their own challenges.
Though the undead walk at all hours of the day, Spirits show up only at night. Usually, they just hang around, but there's something strange going on at Medeus Manor Cemetery.
I've seen Spellslinger Spirits performing a strange magical ritual, while Gladiator Spirits stand guard.

Afterwards, conditions in and around Medeus Manor get worse--more undead, plants turning poisonous, monsters we've never seen before.
One way or another, the land remains uninhabitable. We need to stop them.
