I received a message from Hestia in Sanctum. Somehow--I don't know how--she heard that the Krall had a special dumpling recipe.
She's sent a request for us to get that recipe and send it back to her, and somehow, she got enough political pull to make this an urgent matter!

You'll find the recipe, I suspect, on Head Chef Paparu. She's in Kishar Village.
If you look southeast from the entrance, you'll see a pair of crude clay buildings. Those are their mess halls, although she only makes appearances there when it's time to cook, so you'll have to be patient.
Take that recipe straight to Sanctum and give it directly to Hestia. I don't want to be bothered with this affair any longer.
