If you want to get this leg armor, you'll need to get Balaur Black Magic Crystals from old Balaur--such as Kind Saraswati, Beautiful Lakshmi, and Commander Nimbarka.

Blue Balaur Blood you'll need to get from noble Balaur. Lazy Dragashum, Instructor Afrane, and Greatscholar Jaadis, for instance.

Other regular Balaur might have those too, you'll have to see. But all the Balaur there have Balaur Rainbow Scales you'll need to bring.

Don't forget to take allies. But I'm sure you knew that already. Faith and arms.
