Go to the fortress when it is in the Vulnerable State, and wipe out the Siel's Eastern Fortress Elite Garrison--Asmodian Elite Fighters, Asmodian Elite Archers, Asmodian Elite Mages, and Asmodian Elite Priests. It doesn't matter if they are Veterans, Experienced or Novices.

Bring their Insignia of Reshanta. We'll use them to our advantage.

Return safely--I don't want to see you next to the Obelisk gasping for breath.

To reclaim Siel's Eastern Fortress, the Asmodians must be struck a blow while the fortress is in the Vulnerable State. Go to the fortress to defeat the defenders and return with the Insignias of Reshanta.

Laius said in order to recapture Siel's Eastern Fortress, you should defeat the elite Asmodian troops while the fortress is in the Vulnerable State.

So after defeating the elite Asmodian fighters, archers, mages and priests, you returned to Laius with their Insignias as proof.
