Traces of Tiamat's power are most apparent at the Dragonrest, where she fought a great battle in the past. Discovering the secret behind her abilities is key to facing down the Balaur.

I'm glad you asked, your character. When Tanar and I first arrived in Gelkmaros, we placed magic stones all over the Dragonrest with the help of the Archons.

In theory, the stones will have absorbed a great deal of the Balaur's power by now, and I'm itching to test my hypothesis.
