I do, or rather, I've started to believe in it recently.

I ascended as a Daeva at fifteen, then I moved to Altgard. I've been here ten years now.

My hometown is very remote. It doesn't even have a teleporter.

A while ago, I came across someone from there on my patrol. I was so surprised that I forgot to say hello!

His name is Manir. He's an angler at the dock. He's not just an acquaintance, but a childhood friend.

I don't want him to think I ignored him deliberately. I want to go and see him, but I haven't found the time.
