A while ago, I sent a Daeva named Pagimkin to watch the Lepharist Revolutionaries. He uncovered something about STR_DIC_W_DF2_SUB_D5_I, but then he vanished.

My request to you, your character, is to get in there and rescue Pagimkin. I'm betting Pagimkin and all the missing Daevas are at that lab

Go to Wonshikutz's Laboratory and find Pagimkin.

Mirka's agent Pagimkin vanished while investigating missing Daevas in a place called Wonshikutz's Laboratory in the Lepharist Citadel. She sent you to find him.

When you found the Laboratory you learned that Pagimkin was dead, but had left behind a report.

You returned to Mirka and delivered Pagimkin's Report which revealed that the Lehparists were stripping Daevas of their souls to create artificial Stigma Stones.
