1. Obtain the Panesterra Conqueror title, then talk with Escort Herailt.

Go meet with Herailt.

After capturing the fortress, you met with a Panesterra Escort inside the fortress who told you that Ahserion is ascending into a Dragon Lord.

The agent said that Ahserion must be stopped and asked you to go and take Ahserion down.

You met with Herailt, who said that other factions that captured fortresses in Panesterra have also come and he wished you luck in defeating Ahserion.
