He gave you a contract offering items cheaply in exchange for dealing only with the Black Cloud Traders, and asked you to obtain signatures from the staff operation officers at each fortress.

You went to each fortress, obtained signatures and delivered the signed contracts to Jakurerk. He then asked you to deliver supply boxes as the first order.

You returned after delivering the boxes to the supply soldiers in each of the fortresses and Jakurerk rewarded you handsomely for your effort.
