Kahrun thinks his Reians can capture Tiamat Stronghold on their own, but it's impossible--especially at this point. Tiamat has Siel's Relics, which have the power to control time.

You have to decide that under any conditions, you will succeed! Gather your companions and go to Tiamat Stronghold.

Use the Reians' access route to the Stronghold in the Outer Ring of Tiamaranta's Eye.

Destroy Tiamat's troops and find out if Tiamat is in the stronghold. Help the Reians if you must, but ultimately your goal is to capture Siel's Relics!
