It concerns my...one of my Legionaries. She was fighting the Balaur in Silentera, and the balfired dragons turned her to stone.

2. Return to Inggison and talk to Gellius.

The Stone of Restoration is needed to free a Legionary who has turned to stone. Go to Eltnen Fortress's Brigade General Telemachus and ask for the Stone of Restoration.

Gellius said one of his Legionaries had been turned to stone while fighting the Balaur, and he needed the Stone of Restoration to break the curse.

However, Telemachus--who has the stone--bears a grudge against Gellius, and refused to help.
