Offer
I assume Pilomenes explained the basics to you.
Neither of us is sure whether it's the Balaur or their followers who are responsible, but there seems to be a way of opening up a new Stigma slot.
As a Stigma Master, I couldn't help but be intrigued. But the document tells some of how the ceremony is conducted.... Nothing else.
Ask Quest Accept
Indeed. Pilomenes is the only Daeva who can shed some light on the ceremony. After all, he's read the entire document repeatedly.
At the very least, he'll know where to start looking. Would you talk to him and find out where we should begin?
Quest Accept 1
Thank you, your character! Odd that Pilomenes sent you to me without this information, but we'll play it his way for now.
See if you can bring back any materials we may need, too. If we can get this to work, I'll open a new Stigma slot for you as payment for helping.
Quest Refuse 1
Did I somehow offend you, your character? You came up here to help, but a second later, you're walking away.
It just boggles the mind. If you see Pilomenes, tell him thanks for sending me the only Daeva in Sanctum who doesn't give two shards about Stigma slots.
Dialog
Arieluma, your character! Did you see Reemul?
Why are you back here so soon?
Dialog
A location? Hmmm, I had hoped he might know. I suppose I'll have to figure this out myself after all.
Let me ponder this...maybe start there...no, no, that won't work...the temple....no, no....
Ah! I got it!
Dialog
Faithful Respondent Utra! He's connected to much of what's in the Ancient Dragonbound Document, including this stigma ceremony!
Given time, I should be able to reconstruct the ritual itself, but we still need to find the necessary components. Utra will tell us that part.
You already poured Perfumed Oil over the altar in Beshmundir Temple, so simply putting your hand on it should summon Utra.
Dialog
Ye who awakens me...may ask what thou wishes.
Dialog
The Spirit's Incense Burner...
And Scroll of Repose...
Dialog
T'was at one time...in the Oracular Chamber.
Nary 'tis now. Whither goest, I know not.
Dialog
Tiamat's servant Aeshma...hath thine Incense Burner.
Stormwing's servant Bhemah...hath thine Scroll. Hither in Beshmundir.
Dialog
At last, you've returned, your character.
Pilomenes taught me the Stigma slot ceremony. All we need now are the materials. Did you get them?
Check User Item Fail
I blame myself, your character, not you. I asked for your help but ended up asking you to do everything.
But please don't give up now--we're close, I can feel it. Get the Stigma Ceremony Relics and we'll start fresh.
Reward
I held faith that you would find the items needed to make this ceremony happen, your character. We can start by opening a new Stigma slot for you.
(Lighting the incense burner and opening the scroll, he raises his hands overhead and chants a spell.)
Can you feel the energy flowing through your body, Daeva? It is working. You now have a new Stigma slot...for your journeys ahead.
Summary
Talk to Pilomenes.
Summon Faithful Respondent Utra and ask about the materials needed for the ceremony.
Obtain the Stigma Ceremony Relics and take them to Reemul.
Spirit's Incense Burner, Scroll of ReposeTalk to Reemul.
You don't have enough information about the Stigma slot ceremony. Ask Pilomenes where to find more information.
Complete
Reemul doesn't have enough information about the materials used in the ceremony and asked you to see Pilomenes.
Pilomenes suggested asking Faithful Respondent Utra, who told you the materials you needed were the Spirit's Incense Burner and the Scroll of Repose.
You obtained both, and Reemul performed the ceremony with the materials you brought him and opened up a new Stigma slot for you.
