I don't know why Kerubiels would hang around the Artifact, but there you are.

Well if not for Kerubiels, we'd have an answer for that. But all the Guardians I've sent were thwarted.

Atropos was excited about an Artifact found in Theobomos.

She had hope that the Artifact might be of help in rebuilding Theobomos.

As she requested, you killed Kerubiels and Arch Kerubiels, the biggest obstacles for the investigation.
