You can enhance Noble Siel's Supreme Cipher-Blade. Gather up the materials and refine them at Debilkarim's Forge.

Tataka suggested that you upgrade your weapon to keep up with your skills. So you obtained the Vorpal Essence, Special Shulack Refiner, and Blessed Aurium Ingot and refined them at Debilkarim's Forge to create Siel's Essence.
