He carries a staff, and the rumor is it weakens the power of Aether. A few people have tried to get it away from him, but they've all failed.

When you get hold of Dodum's Staff, show it to Nagrunerk.
He's been trying to hire someone to get that staff for a while now, so if you have it in hand you should be able to get a good price, for a Shugo.
