2. Talk to Kahrun in the Dragon Lord's Refuge.

3. Talk to Marchutan in the Dragon Lord's Refuge.

4. Report back to Ginie.

Go to the Dragon Lord's Refuge, and help Kahrun kill Tiamat.

Ginie was worried that Kahrun might steal Siel's Relics for himself if he killed Tiamat alone.

You fought Tiamat alongside Kahrun at the Dragon Lord's Refuge, and with Lord Marchutan's help, you succeeded in slaying the Dragon Lord.

Kahrun returned, only to see Lord Israphel suddenly appear, grab Siel's Relics, and disappear again.
