He wouldn't leave me alone, so I looked him up when I got back. He's a criminal on Sanctum's Most Wanted list! That idiot picked the wrong person to bother.

Unfortunately, I've got reports to write, but if you run across Bard Guionbark on your next trip into Adma Stronghold, terminate him immediately. I'll make sure you receive the reward.

Kill the bard from Sanctum's Most Wanted list.

Rovilance said he spotted Bard Guionbark, one of Sanctum's most wanted criminals, and asked you to kill him, then report back for a reward.

When you killed Guionbark and reported it to Rovilance, he lied about the enormous reward and gave you a small reward instead.
