Thanks to the many Daevas who have given their best efforts to our cause, the Expedition is progressing smoothly.

The time has come to prepare for the next phase--building the Cygnea Aetheric Field Observatory.

A few of our members are already searching for possible sites. Please meet with Millard to receive an update on the current situation and report it to Laysean.

What brings you here?

I did a survey after receiving the order, but currently this place isn't ideal for building an Aetheric Field Observatory.

As you know, this was the Balaur's land a long time ago...

Please report back that it will be difficult to build anything until this land is completely cleansed of the Balaur's presence.

Just as I thought. I also believe Cygnea isn't an ideal site for an Aetheric Field Observatory.

You can still find the traces of the Balaur in many places, and it's just not possible to build a divine observatory in a place drenched with so much filth.

Carry out the request from the Alabaster Order and report to Laysean.

The Alabaster Order said it was time to search for a site on which to build the Cygnea Aetheric Field Observatory and instructed you to meet with Millard for an update on the situation.

Millard told you the conditions weren't ideal for building an observatory. When you reported the news to Laysean, he wasn't surprised and said he'd inform the higher-ups.
