Dialog

your character, I've been waiting for you. As I've watched you, I've noticed you've a veritable storm of Aether flowing through you.

I suspect you're perfect for what I have in mind. Tell me, have you heard of the Dragon Sword?

Dragon Sword is a fabulous blade that chooses its master. Not just anyone can wield it.

Dialog

select1_1

Dragon Sword scatters itself into eight pieces after its master dies. Its last master was a Balaur warlord who perished in the Abyss.

If one has all eight pieces and conducts a ritual while channeling a staggering amount of Aether, the sword may choose that Daeva as its master.

Did I mention that the flow of Aether is peaking soon? That only a truly gifted Daeva might shape it?

It's possible. I can help you find the pieces of the blade, but only you can choose to forge it anew.

I have no use for such a treasure and yet I would give much just to behold it.

I suggest journeying to Reshanta's lower layer to recover the first three pieces.

Quest Accept 1

quest_accept_1

Three fragments comprising the upper part of the sword are hidden in the Sulfur Tree Nest, the Right Wing Chamber, and the Left Wing Chamber. The pieces are called the Light Blade Fragment, the Darkness Blade Fragment and the Abyss Blade Fragment.

Bring those to me first, but make haste. The treasure boxes containing the blade fragments will disappear if too much time passes.

And bring me 2.4 million Kinah. It's expensive to restore a fine beauty like the Dragon Sword.

"May shadows never find you."

Quest Refuse 1

quest_refuse_1

Well, as they say, you may lead a Brax to water but you can't stop him from micturating in it.

Spurn this chance if you will but, one way or the other, you will wield the Dragon Sword.

It is unavoidable.

"Nothing is ordained."

Dialog

select5

Did you find the Light, Darkness, and Abyss blade fragments?

How long must they have been buried in Reshanta!

Let me see the pieces. I've dreamed of touching these sacred shards.

"Here are the first three."

Dialog

select6

I need the three blade fragments scattered across the Reshanta's lower layer to restore the blade, you twit.

The Light Blade Fragment, Darkness Blade Fragment, and Abyss Blade Fragment.

And were you listening when I said I will also need 2.4 million Kinah? I wasn't joking!

"Right. Sorry. I'll be right back!"

Reward

select_quest_reward1

The Aether in these shards is tempestuous. These are indeed the fragments of the Dragon Sword.

Do you feel it too? Remarkable. Like nothing else I've ever seen.

You did well to snatch these out from under the Balaur's noses.

Complete

quest_complete

The moment the master craftsman Anusis of Sanctum saw you, he said he had been waiting for you and launched into an incredible tale.

He told you the legend of the Dragon Sword, known to seek its own master. Shattered into eight pieces after the death of its last master, the fragments are hidden somewhere in Reshanta.

The legend said you must first gather all eight pieces and then hold a ritual at the time when the Aether is at its zenith. You began by gathering three of the eight pieces, which were hidden in the Reshanta lower layer.
