Offer
I don't think you have a particularly pleasant future in front of you, your character.
I hope that doesn't frighten you...I just want you to be prepared for it. Work hard and learn every skill you can.
You should probably try the Divine Power Test.
Ask Quest Accept
You know that only Daevas can use Divine Power skills, right? But you can't use them as often as you might like. That's why many Daevas are still inexperienced with Divine Power.
The test is an incentive proposed by the Governor to solve that problem.
They call it a test, but it's really more of a training program. It ends when you use a chosen skill ten times. Would you like to try the Divine Power Test?
Quest Accept 1
You're a Cleric? Then you must have learned the Acquittal skill. If not, you should.
That skill will be the subject of your Divine Power Test. Return to me when you've used the Acquittal I ten times.
Good luck!
Quest Refuse 1
I don't understand, but it's up to you.
If you change your mind, you can take the test later.
Progress
You're back?
Just so you know, what's important is how faithfully you have performed the task.
Did you use Acquittal I ten times? May I touch your brow?
Reward
Hmmm...the flow of your Divine Power is smooth and uninterrupted. It seems you've practiced the Divine Power skill properly.
Well done--you've passed the test. But do hone your skills.
Here's a reward we give to those who pass the test. This should be of use to you as a Cleric.
Summary
Use Acquittal I (/10).
Report the result to Freyr.
The Divine Power Test is sponsored by the Governor. Use the Acquittal skill ten times to pass the test.
Complete
Freyr invited you to take part in the Divine Power Test being conducted to train Daevas who are inexperienced at using Divine Power.
When you returned to Freyr after using the Acquittal skill ten times, he congratulated you on passing the test.
