1. Gather bridles from the Red Nose Grankers and bring them to one of the Festival Staff.

The Solorius Grankers are sitting idle in Pernon instead of pulling sleds. Take the bridles from them so that the Shugos can force them into action.

The Solorius Festival Staff told you how the lazy Grankers were refusing to pull their sleds, placing the entire Festival in jeopardy. You were asked to help, and did so by fighting the Grankers until you'd obtained the bridles the Shugos needed to force them to work.
