Here's something to help ease your conscience.

1. Kill the ringleader of Haramel.

   Hamerun the Bleeder(/1)

2. Talk to Shezen.

Locate Hamerun, the ringleader of Haramel, and kill him.

When you questioned Gestanerk, he said he didn't do anything wrong. He told you about Hamerun, and informed you of his location in a bid to be left alone.

You bested Hamerun in combat, but could do nothing but watch as he fled. You then reported back to Shezen, who advised you to keep quiet about what you had seen.
