You did good work exposing Haramel. It's too bad that its master managed to escape.

I hear there's a lot going on behind the scenes to track him down, but the public face is that of a great victory...which it is, really.

But as far as I'm concerned, Haramel is still a blight on this area.

Here's what you need to do: first destroy the Aether Carts in the Odium Refinery and Odium Strip Mine to keep anyone from efficiently moving ore.

Then take this Flame Staff and burn the Processed Odella in the Odella Processing Plant. My troops will take care of the fresh stuff, but the processed version is just too toxic...and powerful.

Once you are done with everything, go to Altgard Fortress and report to Centurion Morn.

There are Daevas out there who just won't take any sort of responsibility.

For all the concern Pandaemonium's expressing about Haramel, they sure aren't backing it up with action.

I haven't seen a single reinforcement brigade anywhere near here. They expect us to do everything on our own, without more resources.

2. Burn the clumps of Processed Odella with the Flame Staff. (/3)

3. Report to Morn.

Destroy Aether Carts and Processed Odella in Haramel, so no one else can use them for evil, and report to Morn at Altgard Fortress.

Shezen has received orders to dismantle Haramel so that no one else can benefit from it.

So you destroyed Aether Carts and burned the Processed Odella. Then, you went to Altgard Fortress to report to Morn, who thanked you and gave you a reward.
